August 3, 2017 – Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, a select chain of Italian restaurants designated “Award Winning” by USA Today, has just grand opened an outpost on Nesconset Highway in nearby Stony Brook. Driven by founder Anthony Bruno’s focus on fresh ingredients and authentic recipes, the restaurant offers traditional and specialty pizzas with dough made daily, homemade meatballs from a recipe passed down from Anthony’s grandmother, and a unique coal oven taste that is delicious.
